We placed an order for a topcase few weeks ago, and we've received it in time and in good condition. Unfortunately we never get the key to open it. Now I have an product that I can't use. I tried to contact their customer services since then, but in vain. Note that easypart is reachable by email only. no phone number is provided, which does not help in my case.

Large selection even to Yamaha model from year 2011. Webshop pictures of various parts is very clear.

Delivery price to Finland is very expensive; even ordering couple of small screws (weight 20 grams) have the same price (over 18 euros) as a package of large items. Some small parts are ridiculously expensive; 1 nut spring (a small tin plate piece) over 6 euros a piece! Really?!?

- Backorder products delay a full order, I have to wait a month for one order because something was not provided by Piaggio. After contacting your team we found alternatives, but there´s room for improvement in making your team find those alternatives proactively. - Shipping: good but very expensive for customers in SouthAmerica. You should provide more options to choose for a cheaper slower alterantive
