I always get the correct parts. This is not always the case when I have ordered from competitors. The "exploaded views" are great for finding the correct part and understand how to disassemble and re-assemble the scooter.

There are somethings that it would be nice if they carried. Or maybe the parts are there but are difficult to find. Like what rebuild kit goes to what brake part. I'd like to order rebuild kits for my Derbi GPR brakes, but I can't seem to figure out which one to order.
