1 star: very bad, unacceptable

Suggestions

There needs to be freight options and to know the cost of that before hand. The items I recently received cost me as much as the items again in freight. I wasn't in a rush to get the items and could have waited a little longer for them. I would expect to pay 20 - 30% for freight and at most 50% but not 100%. So will not be ordering again.

Got caught out with out of stock item. Didn't realise until a week later it was back ordered. My fault but would have been nice if there was a notice(pop-up) before payment to advise of out of stock item in the order.
