Takes over a month for any parts to come , website says part in stock when they are not , had to pay £40 delivery then £70 when it came into the UK there prices look cheap but there is not taxes on them prices till it gets to the uk then you pay double , would not use them again

Great purchase
The availability of the factory matched painted panel was a main attraction. Price was excellent, but the cost of shipping plus custom fees is quite the overall increase of final price. In the last few years shipping fees have skyrocket, This is out EasyParts control. The parcel arrived well packaged and within a week. Overall great experience including tech support prompt response. I'm in Ontario Canada.
From finding the scooter model to finding the correct part is an a very easy process. Immediate information on the status of the order. Information is also given if a part is delayed. Shipping is speedy also.

Love using Easyparts.nl for all my spares, the range of stock is huge and the prices always good. The service can not be bettered, I can order stuff from them and recieve in England faster than ordering stuff from here. Have been using them for at least ten years and they have never let me down.

they ship with Ups. the company doesn't have a call center. you can't contact them to see why they don't respect the day they set for delivery. then they don't respect what they set and I've been waiting for a sign for 5 days
In only a very small percentage of our shipments is a sorting error made by our carrier. Delivery is then delayed. Together with our carrier, we do our utmost to deliver the shipment to the correct address as quickly as possible. Tip: Create a "Mychoice" account with UPS once, and you can easily manage shipments not only from EasyParts but also from all other webshops that ship via UPS.

Needed yo order some genue parts. No problems with the delivery, had some questions all was answered. Turns out i ordered wrong spare part, again recieved help and wvwrything is ok
