Unexpected delivery costs I wasn’t aware of

Had a set of forks delivered while I was at work unknown to myself there was extra chargers for delivery which my parent had paid for me. Ended up costing a lot more than I thought

Amazing customer support

I had an order with them and I needed to talk to customer support. They've answered within a few hours. Amazing. The order arrived quite fast, within 3 working days. I had to wait a long time for the parts to arrive tho, because they didn't had them in stock. Otherwise, no issues at all. 100% recommend.

Massively under estimated back order time

The part was on back order. Fair enough. Had a email saying it was going to be 6 days . This was the 16th of January. The cable arrived the 3rd of April. Buy this point the customer had sold the bike .
