Ordered a screen for my kymco scooter ,item was well priced but shipping to me in Australia was expensive but it arrived in 4 days so you can’t fault that,only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the packaging pretty much just put in a box and packing material shoved on top,but overall great to deal with.

I bought a SYM official windshield and the metal snapped. I took it to a metal worker and he said it was the metal and SYM's production quality. EasyParts sent me a new set to replace the frame of the windshield after I sent photos and a description of what happened. You can't complain about a company that sets everything right that way. It's rare, and I will definitely buy my parts from them from now on, when they have it. They do take a couple of days to respond to emails, but that's the only nit pick.

Twice I have used easyparts and both times were top notch. For parts that are sometimes difficult to secure on mainland Britain.

Everyone at Easy Parts is excellent. Selection is better than anywhere else, and shipping is incredibly fast. This is probably my 7th order from EasyParts this year, and I won't be going anywhere else. I've had a couple issues with Piaggo quality control of the items received, and EasyParts is 110% behind making everything right and their customers happy. Keep up the great work!
