I ordered some airfilters for my Kymco scooter. They were difficult to find in Sweden so i Googled Europe. I found them at Easy Parts and they were delivered fast and at a decent freightcost. I will definitely buy at Easy Parts again.

I purchased my parts at a very good price and shipping was super reasonable and fast. All parts came in perfect condition and were very well packed. A great thing is that you can pick a delivery point during checkout. This is very important to me because I don't want home delivery. The site is very easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. Customer service responds within a day. I have only good to say about you guys and i will be a returning customer for all my scooter parts.

Very fast delivery

My transaction with EasyParts was great. I had a question about the part I ordered and the replied and confirmed with me via email in under 24 hours. The part arrived to me in the USA in 5 days in perfect condition. The only issue was with their email replies when they requested more information. When the return their answers it come in a different language other the English. And the form they send for you to reply back with, all of their questions are in a different language. Even this recommendation form is partially in a different language. Other than the language barrier, I will be going back to them for parts in the future. Thank you

Two out of three spare parts have been available on the warehouse. All have been delivered within a month but it was worth it. Perfect service. I have no complaints!

After placing 2 orders and paying for them successfully with my credit card, the orders sat unprocessed for a few days, until they were cancelled and I was told they will only accept bank transfers from my account. No explanation for why they allowed the credit card payment in the first place, or why they had decided to force me to use transfers. Both the transactions had been 3DS validated, which means liability was with my bank, not with them as the merchant. So technically there was no risk to them. Any queries received back a canned response. I placed the order and paid by transfer, which went fine, but it takes them days to reflect the funds, even though I did an Instant transfer. When questioned, they've told me all future payments need to be by transfer as well. So whereas before I was a new customer, and perhaps that was risky, surely now that they know I am a legitimate customer, they would reconsider? Apparently not! I don't know if this is some kind of bait & switch they do to make it seem easy to buy? And then they don't want to pay card fees, so they force customers to bank transfer? Or their fraud system is confused? Ultimately, the range of products and stock indicator was the main competitive advantage, the price was reasonable, product was as per the product's quality, but payment was a complete pain, the order ended up taking forever because of the delays, and communication wasn't great. I would only buy from them again if nobody else has the same product in stock.
