The only feedback I would give is that you cant search on art. Numbers which means that if I've ordered a large amount of different screws and parts I wouldn't know which one fits where. However great website overall!

Well I can say very good service but last 2 time I’m receiving damage parts which make me not happy. Because my order have 1 cylinder and 1 piston. One of this item have scratches and been damaged ring on piston. So I must order another piston because I needed to cylinder,this means wasting another 30£ But shop is really great cheap parts what I recommended to everyone. Thank You

Once again, as with my last order, the advertised delivery date was changed after the order was made. It was changed twice, with a final estimated delivery date TWO MONTHS after the first delivery date. No solution was offered to me. You should have sent ME an email, suggesting a cancellation of the backorderd item, or suggesting a change to a similar item that you have in stock. Instead, I had to figure out a solution to YOUR problem, and I had to send YOU an email telling YOU what to do. Unacceptable behaviour. You people at EasyParts should be able to solve your own problems. PS. How do you expect me to answer the questions below, when they are written in Dutch? Do you really belive that all your customers speak Dutch?

I own Global Scooters shop in São Paulo Brasil, I only attend PIAGGIO scooters like Vespas, Beverly and MP3, also a few Aprilias. I'd like to ask if I you have a different price for other shops, as here in Brazil the taxing is amazingly high, I explain: we are charged here with 60% import tax over your price plus deliver, then more 18% (like VAT) over this 03 items, then customs USD 29,37 and then Airport taxes according to weight and handle USD 20,00 Global Scooters is the only PIAGGIO shop and garage/maintenance in Brazil since 2012, so every two weeks I may have an order for you. However, two problems occurred. I bought a piece (flap) for the right side of my Piaggio Beverly Cruiser 250 and they sent the same piece, but on the left side. I also bought the right rear view mirror and the size is different from the original. Now I'm going to have to buy the left mirror to look the same.
