First you announced a delivery time of 10th of May, then 12th of May. The 18th of May I asked you about my parts bebause no notice from your side. You informed a new delivery time: 1st of June. Then suddenly you sended me a notice 20th of May that my order has been sent to me! Luckily this time we were not so much in a hurry. I can not give all the points belou because I do not understand all the words.

I wait for the order a bit longer but in the end, everything is ok and as expected! Thank you Easy parts

The order arrived quite soon. But there was a big problem with the courier company. UPS handles packages very badly, so there are holes in the package through which the goods could fall out. Yes, the box could have been better sealed. It was very lucky that the order arrived complete.

I've been a customer at EasyParts for a good while now.This time I needed for my Yamaha BWS 70cc quite a long list of parts that I wanted to renew for the most part,the list was made up of 42 products in total.A few products were not immediately available at EasyParts, something which I was already counting on.No harm done as I had time to spare,also the issue was readily communicated and I was kept well informed.Knowing this,is left to say my order was placed on March 31 and I received it 2 days ago on May 10. While I waited for the missing products to arrive at EP facilities,I had the chance to add 3 extra products 3 separate times to the initial order list and I was helped and well oriented by multiple people via message service in order to get this properly done. Working in Logistics myself,I know all too well how easy it is for things to go wrong in this challenging work field therefore I wondered several times if all the 42 products in my order had indeed been packed inside the package or if any of them had been left out... Perfect touchdown,EasyParts rules.

Everything was ok but please add more information about size. I dont talk about on what motorcycle its gonna fit or how many inches that part have. I mean how long, high or wide that part is. I think if you add that specification on technical draw or just on website its gonna help to other customers. Because people dont always buy parts to the same brand of motorcycle or scooter what they have, but they bought because they have a project or just various design to change.
