The company has a great range of spares for my Vespa at reasonable prices. There was a query from them over my address, which took a little time to sort due to my reply email getting missed for reasons unknown. When I went via their website, I had a little trouble with their proforma contact page because it was in Dutch and I’m English. Once resolved, the package arrived safely and promptly. I’m glad they made the effort to check the address, rather than just send the goods. I’ve put N/A below where I cannot interpret the question

I am based in the UK. I tried to locate a part for my Piaggio and the main dealer for the Piaggio told me the part I required was no longer available from Piaggio in Italy. I found the part i could not get on Easy Parts, ordered it, and 4 days later I had it. Two of the days were over a week end. Superb fast service, communication was excellent and detailed tracking provided via UPS. Better service from the local dealerships in the UK.

please don't send expired parts like rubber as it will broken easy I brought and already broken.

The part I bought is for an older Aprilia bike from 2000. It's getting difficult to find some OEM parts for it these days. You had the part I needed at a good price. The shipping to the United States was a bit pricey for a small part but that is to be expected and it's understood (I get it). I could have lived without the part because it's small and just cosmetic, but this was the last part I needed to complete my project though... Thank you for helping me to bring it home. Next time I need an obscure part for my old bike, I'll be giving you a call. Thank you for your assistance.
