I’m in the US and ordering overseas can be problematic. Not so with Easy Parts. They had the body parts I needed for my MP3 500. I had contacted two of the largest dealers in the US and was told they either couldn’t get the parts or it could take up to a year. From start to finish the process was easy. The parts were in stock. I placed the order so that shipping could be calculated. I was notified within an hour of the total price . Delivery via UPS Express only took a few days. It was less than a week from ordering to delivery. The only thing I would suggest to US purchasers is to contact your credit card company to let them know you’re buying from an overseas supplier ahead of time. The charge was almost $600 dollars. My card was declined due to the suspicious activity. After calling the credit card company I was able to submit the charge successfully.

Windshield came from Dutch to Finland in less than a week. Everything went well and it's already installed in the Vespa.

Was hesitant to order from overseas but everything went well. Biggest problem was auto replies after business hours. The replies were in Dutch (as well as this review form)

Was looking for a Vespa helmet that has been pretty much out of stock everywhere else for MONTHS. Thankfully was able to find it on Easyparts and shipping to Australia was seamless and took less than 5 days. I’m so happy with the quality of service offered by Easyparts and have no issues with purchasing again in the future, and plan to when it comes to make future mods on my GTV300HPE2.

Ordered a spare part which was hard to find anywhere. Always worried about buying from abroad now with will it arrive and will I pay import duties. However my part arrived quickly and was well packaged. The communication was good and there was tracking. Thumbs up from me

Extremely responsive to my needs. Unfortunately, I placed an order at the beginning of February and even now in April it has not been delivered. I received the windshield, but the mounting parts have not arrived, so I can't mount it. I know it's not their fault, but it's unpleasant and I advise you not to buy products that are not in stock. Otherwise, the products are original and come in very good conditions. I recommend this company!
