Ordered my parts in London england, received them approx 5 days Later, great service, was kept up to date with tracking, got parts for my aerox no one sells in England,?! Would defiantly recommend and use again.. Great guys thanks.

First time we used easyparts, it was really quick and easy....

...the next time we used easyparts the site refused to take our payment details and remained crashed and in this state for days. Really frustrating, and we were forced to use another parts supplier. So, totally inconsistent service, which cannot be bettered, when it works!

The site set up with make, model etc. is first rate. The dispatch and shipping was almost too good to be true. I ordered parts on Monday and they were delivered on Thursday to the other side of the world!! It's difficult to imagine how that service could be improved. The prices were OK too :)

As many parts have cross compatibility and it's not possible to update lists I would suggest to state actual dimensions of parts e.g. Diameters, thickness, distance between holes etc, depending on the part

Delivery cost for small orders are Enormous 7.5 euro also the contact only by e-mail is a big minus as mistakes happening and you need someone to explain to you what you are ordering
