all OEM parts where new in oem packaging and correct. over all the items where received in perfect order. once shipped ,transit time was excellent

improve communication with regard to out of stock items. improve search engine. takes too long to find items without actual part # make sure website linkup to UPS has complete BERMUDA info in future. i had to e-mail to get shipping quote. allow saving of items to "wish list” for future purchase or re-order
