The item states it has been delivered to me or an authorised person but this is not true nor even possible. I emailed pharmacy4pets to investigate and have had no reply. It was 12 days to alleged delivery and the money was taken on the order date. Replying to emails is not affected by Covid those still working will invariably be happy to earn overtime. Please find my delivery or confirm a new one is on its way. UPDATE: The Courier DHL passed the package to CORREOS the Spanish Mail carrier who gave my package to a totally unauthorised individual. The package was open but the individual would not have opened it so a person unknown in the process did. I can’t really blame the seller except to say a courier service was not provided end to end for Drugs. This is not really a sensible situation given the delivery fee was more than standard post and the drugs were not heavy.

Order # 300011116 (placed on 7 November 2020) I placed the order on 7. 11, and today on 19.11 have not yet received my shipment. I have several times made you aware, that the shipment can be followed to France via T&T - I live in Denmark. The shipment has not moved since 12.11.

I ordered a medicine for my cat on the 21st October and I am still waiting for it to arrive 12 days later and I live in Ireland. I didn't think the postal system from the Netherlands to Ireland was that slow. As my cat needed the medicine urgently i had to buy it from my vet. I am very unsatisfied that the medicine has not arrived yet.
