Not impressed
The products I received were fine but the way my order was handled was not impressive..
I received an email 3 days after placing my order stating that my order was processed and sent. 7 hours later I received another email saying that it wasn’t sent after all because the products were sold out. Obviously this was a but confusing to me, but I changed my order to something that was in stock (and more expensive) and was promised that it would be shipped as soon as possible. Even so it took two whole days before my order was shipped. A total of 5 days from my initial order. Maybe we’re spoiled here in Denmark, but I I am used to day-to-day shipping. The long delay was very disappointing..
I will order from somewhere else next time
