Good quality product happy to have it for my dog.

Suggestions

The delivery system need big improvement. I'm a purchasing agent for the military, I deal daily with purchases for USA Asia or Europe. I'm dealing with DHL, ACS, FEDEX or other companies very often. When you get charged for fast delivery, the fast delivery is expected. My order was very late, two weeks or more. This is quite unsatisfactory.
