Avoid this shop like plague!

If you want to cancel your order they charge you 2.50 euros. They do not keep files. Everytime you place an order for the same pet for the same medicine, you must provide them again and again all the pets information!!! Terrible service. IT takes almost a month to receive your order.

Dear Mr. Rhodes, It is annoying to hear that you are dissatisfied, but it is a good thing that you are passing this on. This can only improve our service. What we are allowed to deliver is determined by your vet. They write that down on the prescription. We cannot ignore that. Treatments change, so if your vet writes one prescription, it does not immediately apply for life. The first order or one-time prescriptions take about a week before we can release the order. You will see that if you have a repeat prescription the second order can be processed a lot faster. Since the outbreak of the Corona virus, the transporters have been very busy. Deliveries have indeed been delayed as a result. We apologise for this. The €2.50 that is withheld when cancelling a prescription order is clearly stated on our webshop at the time you place the order. I hope this gives you more clarity. No service at all

I passed an order on June 03,2020. - Apparently ,my order was sent off, but I never received it. I sent several emails, but I never got an answer. This is a very lousy customer service. - I can not recommend them.

Dear Miss Mieussy, It is annoying to hear that you are not satisfied. Logical, if you have never received your order. Unfortunately I cannot find an order in the name of Mieussy. We aim to respond to messages within 48 hours. But we always respond. I am therefore surprised to hear that you have not received a response. It is possible that your mail ended up in our spambox, or our mail in yours. I would still like to ask you to send an e-mail to [email protected] with your order number.
