So far we have already purchased two extensions from amasty, and we are very pleased. The second was an optimization for google page speed. The extension is a bit tricky to make it work, but after amasty's tech support help me everything is working very well. Thanks for great support Oleg and Victor for patient in help me and fix the problem with function the extension.
Amasty products are well developed. I have bought few extensions from this company and all of them worked fine. As I work personally on debugging conflicts or customizations I cannot express an objective opinion about their customer support service but I really like their newsletter to stay up to date and promo campaigns too ;)
We recently upgraded our Blog Pro from 1.4.0 to 2.4.1 We were in a locked version due to some complications. But after updating our code we ran into an issue that the page would scroll down on load. Egor did a fantastic job helping me out. When i put in the ticket within a day the team had a fix for it. I am amazed at the time it took to address my issue. Thanks Egor!
Er zijn vele aanbieders van extensies voor Magento. Amasty steekt qua kwaliteit ver boven de rest uit! OOk als je support nodig hebt wordt je snel en adequaat geholpen.
I have worked with Amasty few times in the past. Their staff is very helpful and their product is great.
We have bought the M2 FPC Warm Up extension. The extension is not working. We have been fighting with Amasty to make a refund but they lie us the with the next log change the issue is fixed. Bad coding. In one of the releases there was a virus. Do not waste your time and money and avoid Amasty.
We also need some customizations, and Amasty support is the best!!
Wonderful extensions backed by a company who is flexible and willing to help you accomplish all your businesses goals. We have moved to having them work on our Magento 2 site full time. Highly recommended!
Coding and tool is overall good. but the problem is it extends from the base theme (luma) which is infact a good thing. But what they did is to use the same luma interface for navigation for this one. like its not building upon or improving the interface of the original magento navigation. It provides the upgraded interface for just porto theme. Not everybody uses porto so what should they do ? atleast they should provided upgraded interface from luma. I contacted them asked to make me just a simple frontend interface like you did for porto. and they quoted whopping price of 950$ which is 3x the price of whole extension.
Excellent product that does what it says, gives the excellent flexibility to ensure the front end of my website looks as i'd like it to.

I ve received support to several issues from Amasty Stuff and always was fast and professional. The solution provided from Maria Zaykovskaya for my last ticket, was really great. In less than 48 hours i got a quick fix for a bug.

When I have issues with a module, support is always helpful and patient, even when I'm too hasty and it takes me a few tries to get the credentials right :) The Shipping Tables extension is my favorite so far. It does all the complicated things I want it to do and more. Export-edit-import works perfectly every time, so it's quite easy to set up. The hard part is mapping out for yourself what you want it to do. I'm busy configuring Social Login now, and I noticed the manual isn't up-to-date. The steps in Google have changed and the referral url has as well. It would be great if that was updated. Amasty is still looking into an issue with Mass Product Actions, but I trust they will solve that as well. Other than not being able to update group prices with it yet, it still makes my life a lot easier. The style issue I had with my header in One Step Checkout was resolved very quickly. I felt a little let down when I realised that the custom fields I could add were customer fields only and that I would need an extra module if I wanted to add more. It would also help if the delivery date and the delivery comments could be enabled/disabled seperately. I don't offer the option to select a delivery date, but offering the option to leave a delivery comment would be great. I might still buy the order attributes extension, though, because it does more than that, but I haven't decided if I really need it yet.
Amasty makes great extensions to customize your estore. Ever find yourself asking, "I wish there was x functionality for my store?". Amasty should have you covered, and if they don't they will customize the functionality for you at a fair price. What more is there you can ask for?
I never recommend to use Amasty extension, support is very poor. I am facing an issue from more than 1 month and have free support but they are not replying. In future also I never recommend to any of my clients to use Amasty extension.
We decided to include also this module as part of our common M2 installation base. The unbeatably flexible configuration panel and the support for AMP are the two main aspects of this module that we appreciate the most.
When I sent tickets to Amasty to ask questions, they always give me the correct answer or at least direct me to the right person to answer the questions. The only suggestion that I have is maybe for some of the extensions, you guys could update the manual or even with some videos so that the introduction will look more clear before customers purchasing them.
When ever there has been an issue with an extension, we have always been given good advice/help. When they couldn't resolve an issue, they refunded our extended support.
