Extended Product Grid with Editor for Magento 2 * Product Labels

Using Magento 2 Version 2.4.2. Amasty promises on their web that it is possible to change stock in the product grid editor, but this is false information, it simply does not work because M2 does not allow it! We used the same plug in for Magento 1, and there all works fine. The next problem in the same product: when saving the grid in a specific order of columns it changes when refreshing of when log-in and log-out. Until now there is no answer or solution for these problems, so I advice not to buy this plug in for almost 200 USD until this is solved.

Unprofessional support team

I have contacted to support team 2 times. The first time I had an issue with the email template on iPhones (Abandoned Cart extension). The developer added their CSS changes directly to the .phtml file in the "vendor" folder. This is extremely wrong because I will lose all changes if an extension update. Also, some of the changes were made through Magento Admin Panel...and the support manager didn't say me about it. I found them by myself. The second time I had a bug with an extension above too. The response time from the support manager was enormous slow (3-4 days). I am disappointed in Amasty. I thought you are really professionals.

We've investigated the situation and found out that our developers added the fix to the vendor folder for the extension to work smoothly for you. The fix was created specifically for your instance, therefore our support managers provided you with a backup file. We apologize that our support manager forgot to mention at once that some changes were made through Magento Admin Panel. It was made right in the template so that in case the extension is updated to the latest version, the template will remain as it is set now for your convenience. Please accept our apologies for the delays in response and inconvenience caused. We do hope this unfortunate situation won't affect our cooperation in the future. Excellent Support

Once we got Amasty access to the site and they were able to check out our issue, they were able to quickly identify that the next version of the module should resolve it. We upgraded the module and that did the trick! Ekaterina was very responsive and I was pleased with her quick service.

Quickly provided the info & direction we needed

Custom Requirement Fulfilled, Super Fast!

I asked for some custom functionality on the Amasty Shipping Table Rates extension. It was quite an unusual request so I didn't expect too much, but within 48 hours everything was done and changes were live on our site! This was a great help and saved us a lot of time and money trying to solve it ourselves. I also contacted their live chat several times during the rates configuration and on each occasion was given a solution / answer on the same day. Thanks guys!

Above and Beyond

I purchased the two factor Authentication extension with installation. I have very little technical knowledge or capability but this didn't matter as the Support Manager (Victor) did everything for me. Even when I became stuck as the website was missing an essential part Victor went above and beyond by installing the missing data. Without this the 2FA wouldn't work and my website would still be down. After completing the installation Victor made sure that the website was running normally and waited for me to confirm this from my end. Great service would use again.

Excellent products and support

Fantastic service and products from Amasty, purchased two plugins GDPR and Tables Rates, to work with Shipping Restrictions that we already had. They worked through the problem I was having getting it to work as required, note check all shipping restrictions when setting up new table rates and as well as that, although I didn’t ask directly for it, they adding a feature to make it work exactly as I wanted.
