An excellent, professional company that will finish the job successfully.

Initially, we were afraid of communicating with support, due to our not very good English. Our fears turned out to be unnecessary. The support was very helpful, patient and willing (we would like to thank Viktoria Gorbach once again). We received up-to-date information on the development of the situation, which made us calmer. After the installation, there were minor collisions with existing third-party modules, but the support solved everything to our satisfaction. The module works great, we definitely recommend it. It was definitely not the last module from AMASTY.

Customer Service

First of all, the plugin worked right away ^^ Which is pretty rare. Perfectly coded. I had a missing small feature and i wrote the customer support, i received a patch swiftly and without additional cost. Thank you very much Amasty team.

Very good and fast resolution

Amasty Very Poor Service and Support! Do not Refund money if Amasty Extension Does not Work!

I purchased the Shipping Rules for Magento 2 however it was not working as per my requirement. Amasty Sales team emailed me that they would refund my money. it's been more than 2 months. they are not refunding my money. they have been sending emails that the refund process is already started, and hope that you'll receive the money as soon as possible. As soon as we will have the confirmation from the sales. Team. Now they have stopped replying me and not refunding my money! Amasty makes the false claim 60 Days money Back which is totally wrong. if the Amasty extension does not work properly. They would not refund your money. Do not buy any extensions from Amasty! Very Poor Service and Support by Amasty Team!

Outstanding module and even better support

I purchased the One Step Checkout module and after configuring it realized I needed something specific to our industry. I opened a ticket hoping it would be a simple configuration that I was missing. In fact, it turned out to be a feature the module didn't support. Within one day, support got back to me with a patch and once I implemented the patch it was perfect. Exactly what I needed! I've been an Amasty customer for many years and it's their quality modules and outstanding customer support that keeps me coming back. I can't thank them enough.

Helpful even with limitations

Mark was an extremely nice person to deal with. Very professional, personable and I like that he would keep me updated on the support request. I wasn't able to give them access to the backend so they can troubleshoot since this was on an internal dev server but the developer was able to find a different way for me to send over what they needed in order to help me resolve my issue. Issue resolved, quick response

Always fast-responding, very professional and friendly manner of communication, it is not always "order id first, then we help", sometimes I've received basic help without getting order id number. Issue is always solved in the end, which matters most. Very recommended.
