They can't get my gift card module to work and now they block ALL my extensions!

Terrible, I'm a loyal customer, bought many modules. Now I had problems with the Gift Card module. Support wasn't there for me. I've waited for one month. I've disputed the Gift Card Module via PayPal and they've blocked 3 more modules where I've paid for!!! Unbelievable!

Overall good support

I had to report a bug (not something series just annoying) and I first hit the cheat support just to find out if the issue is known. The cheat person deed noting just ask question and said that she is going to test it but was taking so long(i believe she never test it at that time) I had to prove it to hear whit multiple tests that the issue exist, so that was annoying. After that, she made me a ticket where the dev teams fix the issue really fast and they give me 2 options. 1) wait for the new update(hopefully that was just 2 days) and second dev notes (git diff) but the notes were from the unreleased version of the code so it was useless so that was more frustrating. But in the end, I'm happy the client is happy. So good job! Too bad customer support is BAD!

Good support with priority service contract

We are an Amasty customers since probably around 2013 and we have purchased around 20-30 extensions in total. Especially since we have a priority service contract, issues are resolved quickly and we get very prompt replies to our questions. Also, updates are carried out without any hassle. Absolutely recommend the Amasty extensions and service!

Overall great support, however, slow to answer

Amasty offers really great support - they were happy to help and assist as best as they could. Their replies were a bit slow though and had to wait two weeks to fix a simple issue. Would have appreciated a prompter response at times, but we got the issue solved in the end so all good!

Great support

Had to contact support about a bad interaction between a newly bought Amasty module and an existing one. The support team was reactive and solved that problem. Furthermore, the communication was excellent! A particular thanks to Maksim who was in charge of my ticket.

Good experience

I'm using a lot of Amasty extensions for different Clients and never had any issues with the extension functionality out of the box. With one of the latest extensions (Free Gift for M2) there was the misunderstanding on how to setup rule properly, but support helped me really quick. Also, lifetime free upgrade is very good option

Don't waste your time and money

Their support is a joke. 90 days of free support gone without any help whatever. Could you imagine, I even set-up a testing environment especially for them? Newer got any answer referring to the problem. Typical business with "sell and forget" customer service.

No response what so ever..

When Amasty products work, they are great. However.. I've submitted a ticket and provided all of the required details. Now, a month later I haven't had any response. After numerous messages, phone calls (which are never picked up) Amasty still does not respond to our issue. An extension is only as good as its support, and this is just unacceptable. I would not recommend this company!

very bad experience

Great for Sales, Poor on Customer Support

As an Amasty client since 2019, I still facing issues with their extensions. Support tickets are someday or never answered, support phone +1 347 897 9078 seems not working neither. In addition to this, they finally got into my website, try to Fix something and damage my payment Gateway. Tring to contact these enterprise again, but guess what, nobody answers!

worst support service ever

Waiting since November '20 for a ticket to get resolved. They let you wait for ate least a week after you comment on a ticket. And need to contact them first on chat before they look into it. Despite a lot of falls promises nothing happens, meanwhile paying for support subscription every month. Pure theft. Would not recommend this company, they are bad.

Jet Theme far less than basic theme.

Not sure why this got positive review earlier, I got deceived by that and wasted days on this. This theme is far from complete to be used, not only basic but missing vital functionality for example you can update your footer. They say they are working on it, but it's too slow progress with every monthly release I do not see much happening. Neither Amasty is know for its support. I recommend wait for a year or so may be they will have a full-fledged theme.

Very bad service

You pay money for 21 plug-ins and get a free installation for the plug-ins and nobody helps you and must wait for 3 weeks for your plug-in installation!

Doctored Reviews

While attempting to respond to Amasty's reply: "Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address. No mx record found for domain=amasty.net" You can't leave a response, as is the entire point of this process. I would definitely consider this questionable. Kiyoh prevents another ticket for 30 days so when you can't respond to the first ticket, you also can't create a new one. Kiyoh (purposefully or not) seem to help provide the illusion that Amasty followed through, and you flaked out. Further Kioyh will block the IP address of where the ticket was entered from apparently, despite there being absolutely no series of posts/reviews (repeated or otherwise), or abuse. Amasty never resolved the issues we faced. I ended up fixing all of this myself while they wasted days of my time. I can't express how relieved I am to have resolved this and kick them to trash pile in the immediate future. Even if it's a product that in theory would be helpful to your website, you are gambling with your web presence trusting this company's support.

Run while you can, before they destroy your business overnight.

As a career IT professional I feel it's important to tell prospective customers what they can honestly expect from Amasty based on my own experiences, as negative experiences are presumably removed from this page. I can promise you that my review is in alignment with others experiences which I've read whether they are on this page or not. First, I will very directly start with stating, this is the single worst company I've ever dealt with in regards to their entitled attitude surrounding support. I've had corporate help desk experience to have some context of what reasonable support is, and Amasty is absolutely horrendous. I would go so far as to say they have contempt for their customers and have no understanding of what it means for a business to support a customer. Instead they have an attitude like the customer is there to cater to their support. This company will: Delete your high priority support tickets completely and pretend like they didn't get them. Lie to you about how the support ticket(s) disappeared when called out for it. Even if not deleted, they will close your support tickets after 72 hours according to what they did and told me. Tell you to call support but they will not answer the phone, if it's even an active line. Expect a busy signal, every day, all day... Not call you when you give them phone number(s). Monitor social media and pretend they are trying to help while not manning support and actually helping. Leave your site down with no consideration to how long, the time of day, or the damage it causes you/your business. They will ask you the same questions over and over, some of which you may have already answered in a deleted, ignored, or answered ticket. Drag your support experience out for as long as you allow them, which will be until you give up after realizing it's endless and futile, and may end in a worse situation than why you originally needed support. Don't expect to expedite anything, or try to get them to set a sc
