I got the FUE treatment with HairIstanbul, I had good contact with european contactperson Irem in the months leading up to the procedure. Before I decided to go with HairtimeIstanbul I watched yutube-videos online of their work. Since Im a Dentist myself I could see that they where professional in making it sterile. What made me choose this clinic was the good estetic results I saw in pictures/videos, and also the videos. After requesting a price-suggestion in advance, judging from the pictures I sent in. Getting judgements from 2 other clinics in Poland. I eventually bought tickets for Istanbul and set a datewith HairIstanbul. The pricesuggestion I got in this contact was also the price i payed in the end. Irem answered any questions I might have and arranged practical matters, like hotel bookings for 3 nights(included), transfers and post/pre information about the procedure. Personally I would plan for staying a bit longer than those 3 days. Since Istanbul is a beatiful city and its more fun to travel if you have healed more. When speaking with the doctors and other personel, Irem acted as a translator. This worked fine I thought. All in all good contact and being taken care of. It has now gone 2 weeks since my procedure, and altough the final results I will not show itself until in 12 months time. So far Im happy with HairtimeIStanbul, and they have been professional and friendly in their relationship with customers from abroad.

About information about the surgery. I feel I got all the necessary information that I needed along the way, and every question i had was answered. But it would have been nice to know about some things a little bit more in advance. Like for example the fact that there will be quite a bit of liguid/pus coming from the scalp in the first 3 days after surgery. I got information about this on the day of the surgery, but its good to know things like this already when you are bookin flight-tickets. I would suggest that the clinic put together a extensive paper with Information about all that is good to know about the procedure. Pre, during, and post surgery. Risks, state of healing after different time tips and tricks etc. Maybe someones description about other peoples experience also. This I think could be sent with the first contact mail. Something you can read thru well in advance of your date of surgery. Mainly to set all thoughts and concerns to ease early on. To minimixe anxiety and make sure you are as well-informed as possible. But also to make planning of the trip easier. Since you as a patient dont really know what to expects until you actually do it.

This was a very quick and fine operation. They did it professional and very good quality. They started at 07:00 and I was finished at 15:00. Fantastic. They give me advice and after I came to home they follow me with sent e-mail and have contact with me. They give me up at the airport, take me to the hotel. Next day take me up to the clinic. After visiting doctor and check up start the operation. Everything was ready and the clinic had arranged everything. I found it very good and I am very happy. I live in Holland and everybody ask me about the clinic. I have a very good experience with this clinic. Thank u very much.

I did a deep research before choosing hair time istanbul and after the surgery I have to confirm HTI is the right choice. As a senior executive I strongly prefer high quality and a reasonable price/performance ratio. HTI offers both. Fast email response to my communication was appreciated as well. Everything was well organized (airport pickup, transport, clinic, hotel). Friendly staff, managers and doctors speaking English. Highly professional approach and standard operation surgery theatres (not the case at competitors…). I will not describe the surgery in details as there are many other positive reviews here that describe the process quite well and I have just to confirm that they describe the process well. In my case the operation took over 6 hours of a highly professional work. Instead I would like to note that I appreciated a lot the high level of nurses who provided the transplant. They are well trained and skilled as they do transplant on a daily basis. Yes, there are several clients for hair transplant day after day and, therefore, the level of professional skills of the staff is really high. Very happy and comfort with the procedure, everything was clear since I contact the clinic. As I came from abroad I had some fears but they are really Professional people with european mentality. I did around one years research and come to a conclusion that hair time istanbul is the right surgery for my Hair Transplant. I contacted hair time Istanbul through their website and got a quick response I sent my photos and I gave all my flight details. When we got to the surgery we had consultation and soon after went in for surgery, the local anastasia was a little painful but after that I did not feel a thing, overall every thing went very smoothly from the dr's,staff, I would specially like to thank Dr Dilek and all her team for the wonderful experience. I fully recommend this to everyone interested. The clinic is very hygienic and clean. The staff are professional and friendly, they give you all that is required from start to finish, after surgery they give you after Care shampoo and they explain how to wash the donor area. I came here because my friends recommended hair time istanbul to me and I did the hair transplant. I had 5000 grafts and the process was very easy, just a little pain with the anesthesia. Doctors are very kind and helpful, even I had Spanish translation so that made everything more relaxing for me. It has been a new experience for me and I am glad I did it. Hairtimeistanbul habe ich im Internet entdeckt und nahm dann Kontakt mit Frau Birgül Polatli (Koordinatorin für Europa) auf. Nach dem ersten Gespräch wurde ein positives Bild hinterlassen. Ich wurde sehr gut beraten, aufgeklärt und mir wurde die Unsicherheit und Angst weggenommen. So machte ich mich dann auf dem Weg nach Istanbul und wurde am Flughafen (trotz Krankheit) herzlich empfangen. Das Hotel war wunderschön und das Personal sehr nett. Ich wurde immer pünktlich abgeholt und wieder zum Hotel gefahren. Frau Dilek Akyol arbeitete professionell und erfahren. Auch als ich zurück war, konnte ich jederzeit per Whatsapp Fragen stellen. Die Dienstleistung auch nach dem Eingriff ist ebenfalls sehr wichtig, da es ja einige Monate dauert bis das Ergebnis zu sehen ist. Somit können immer wieder Fragen auftauchen. Hairtimeistanbul kann ich jedem weiterempfehlen,da ich rundum zufrieden war und bin.

Zeer goede en duidelijke communicatie. Zeer vriendelijke medewerkers welke ookde Nederlandse taal spreken. Ben volgens afspraak opgehaald en afgezet in 5 sterren hotel. Volgende dag heeft mijn ingreep plaatsgevonden. Ik wil iedereen onderandere mevr Dilek Akyol, Merve en Sena erg bedanken voor de goederen service en gastgerichtheid die ze hebben getoond. HairtimeIstanbul is zeker een aanrader ga zo door!!!

Bin im 3. Monat nach der transplantation, bis jetzt keine beschwerden, auch direkt nach der OP keine schwellungen oder kein blaues Auge bekommen. Service wie abholung vom Flughafentransfer oder Hotel waren top, man muss sich um gar nichts sorgen machen. Nach der OP wird man betreut und bleibt im kontakt sehr zuvorkommend, da muss ich einen besonderen lob an Frau Birgül Polatlı aussprechen, sie kümmert sich Tag und Nacht um einen und ist immer erreichbar. Falls jemand vor hat zu HairTime zu gehen, kann das ohne bedenken machen, kann ich nur empfehlen. Jetzt hoffe ich nur noch dass das Ergebnis gut wird :)

Ich habe mich mit Frau Birgül kennengelernt und bin sehr zufrieden und sehr glücklich mit ihr. Ich hatte Haarprobleme.Dank Frau Birgül und Frau Dilek habe ich meine Haare wieder erhalten und mich haben sie in einer 5 Sterne Hotelzimmer für 3 Tage nach dem Operation für meine Haare gesorgt und sie haben in drei Tagen meine Haare gewaschen und die sind alle sehr sehr Nett. Frau Birgül hat mich vom Flughafen abgeholt und hat mich zu ihrem Office gebracht und nochmals zum Flughafen zurück gebracht. Anschließend hat Frau Birgül mich auf keinem Fall alleine gelassen, sie war immer bei mir und hat mich sehr gut gesorgt. Frau Birgül ist eine sehr süße und freundliche Dame. Ich empfehle jeden Frau Birgül.

Stond al lange tijd te twijfelen voor een haar en snor implantatie. Daar ik vele positieve reacties had gezien van HairtimeIstanbul heb ik besloten om contact met ze op te nemen via de website. Ik werd direct gebeld door een Nederlands sprekende medewerkster welke al mijn vragen netjes heeft beantwoord. Tevens een goed en duidelijk gesprek gehad met specialiste mevr Dilek Akyol. Na enkele foto's gestuurd te hebben via whatsapp hebben we besloten om 6 november 2015 de ingreep te laten doen. Ben via Eindhoven airport gevlogen naar Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen airport. Aangekomen in Istanbul stond Sena (Nederlands talige mederwerkster) mij op te wachten met een VIP bus. Na een korte kennismaking heeft ze me weggebracht naar het 5 sterren Hotel waar ik tijdens mijn behandeling zou blijven. De volgende ochtend ben ik wederom opgehaald met een VIP busje door Merve (wederom Nederlands talige medewerkster) en ben ik gebracht naar het kliniek waar de ingreep zou plaatsvinden. Na een korte inleidingsgesprek met mevr Akyol heeft mijn ingreep pijnloos plaatsgevonden. Na de behandeling en de nodige uitleg ben ik weer netjes afgezet in mijn Hotel. De dag erna heeft mevr Akyol het verband om mijn hoofd verwijderd. Dag 3 heeft men mijn hoofd gewassen en duidelijk uitleg gegeven wat ik in Nederland moest doen met betrekking tot het wassen van mijn hoofd en het innemen van de nodige medicatie. Dag 4 ben ik wederom door de vriendelijke dames afgezet op het vliegveld en ben huiswaarts gevlogen.

Verbeter punten heb ik niet alles is tip top geregeld. Zeer betrouwbare mensen welke maandelijks contact met mij opnemen om te vragen hoe het gaat met mijn haar en snor. Ik ben nu 4 maanden verder en het verschil is duidelijk te zien. Had kale plekken bij mijn snor welke geheel is verdwenen. Tevens is mijn kaalheid in zijn geheel verwenen en heb nog 8 maanden te gaan!. Bij vragen kan ik Sena, Merve en mevr Akyol op elk gewenst moment van de dag bellen of appen welke mijn vraag direct beantwoorden. Kortom een geweldig bedrijf met geweldige medewerkers en een super eigenaresse. Jullie verdienen een dikke 10. Baris Alicikus!
