Thank you for sharing your opinion. The information stated by you above is actually not correct. Owners do not pay a brokerage fee to our company. Also tenants do not have to pay a brokerage fee anymore, since the 16th of October 2015. Our company is specialized in working with expats for over 25

Overall it has been a pleasant experience. High energy and friendly service. Service department supported well too. Excellent I think area of improvement could be the response time from customer service. Can be more personalised and attentive. Final settlement can be speeded up or explained why it does take 4 weeks plus to the customer; especially to customers leaving the country.

When I start to rent the house and signing contract, Stoit didn't show me the check list and house-hold inventory, but when the contract is end-up, inspection is based on checklist/inventory. Why Stoit won't handover the house to me also based on the same documents?
