Lieferung und aussehen des Teppichs gefallen mir sehr gut. Leider riecht der Teppich stark moderich. Daher nur 2 Punkte.

Parfait la qualité du tapis et du service

the seller sent me a different brand rug poor quality and defective. they then refused to refund the shopping cost and eventually stopped replying to my emails. I bought nice rugs from them but I would never buy any rugs from them since the most recent incident left me with major concerns about their after sale service.

Le tapis est très beau, livré rapidement et sans encombres. Peut-être un seul petit point négatif: le ton sur vos photos est plus vif qu'en vrai. Mais ce n'est pas surprenant et certainement dépendant de l'écran sur lequel on regarde.

From the ordering to the end vey Bad experience

Second time I ordered rugs. I haven't been disappointed this time either! High-quality large rugs arrived at home without any hassle. And ordering/buying is easy. It's almost impossible to find rugs like this anywhere in Finland.

All went smoothly from order to delivery and just ́ love our new carpets! Even the free gift carpet we hsve received have found its tight place and bring a touch of cosyness.

My experience with De Poortere Store was positive. I purchased a rug, which arrived very quickly. The rug was very nice, but in my room it didn't look as good as I expected (because of the color) and I decided to return it. The return process was also really quick and easy: the store arranged the return and sent me a courier within a few days. Very suggested store.

Choix divers et de qualité. Livraisons soignées et soucis de répondre aux questions du client. Et les tapis sont très beaux. J ai aussi profité des soldes !

J'attends avec impatience la version bleue pour la pièce adjacente

Optik und Ware entspricht den Vorgaben. Lieferung kommt prompt. Insofern sehr zufiedenstellend. Allerdings gehen beim Rücksenden der Ware die Probleme los. Das Geld wurde nicht in den versprochenen 7 Tagen rücküberwiesen. Auch nach etlichen Mails und Anrufen nicht. Erst das einschalten von Paypal führte nach Wochen zu Erfolg. Das ist leider nicht sehr professionel und ärgerlich dazu.

Ordered a rug from their outlet store and it was a pain-free experience from start to finish, delivery from Belgium was free and incurred no extra import fees, delivery was fast, to my front door by DHL. Could alter the final delivery action to suit my calendar & convenience. Really pleased, as the same rug cost considerably more from UK outlets. Rug is perfect as expected. Thank you

Le tapis est magnifique et les couleurs sont les mêmes que vues en ligne., j'adore ! Le plastique qui le protègeait pendant le transport s'est ouvert à un bout, ce qui l'a noirci. La tâches est partie sans problème.
