Haven't ever bought a carpet over the internet without looking at it in real life. However, the pictures on the site are representative and true. The speed of delivery was great. Am very happy with this purchase and love my new mat!!

One word. Efficient!

I ordered a rug to be delivered to my sister in an another country. She is very happy with it! There was a small mishap with my order as for some reason it was not visible in their system. The matter was taken care of quickly after I contacted the customer support with my order number. This was my second order from Louis De Poortere and I love their rugs.

There is no mention for returns Should the rug not be suitable and when my rug was delivered the courier dumped it in my garden without ringing the bell or calling me. Fortunately I discovered it before it rained.

We found just the right carpet/rug online. It was quite a gamble as we hadn't been able to see the rug 'for real' due to Covid. The rug wasn't cheap so we really expected it to be good quality. During the order process we were warned that it might take longer to deliver because of Covid so we were prepared for a long wait. Luckily within 2.5 weeks of ordering a beautiful, well made, good quality rug was deliverd looking exactly like the photo on the website. So, happy customers!

Parcel came prompt and neatly wrapped. The carpet itself fits perfectly. Some colours might not be the same like on the pictures but brown/grey came out 100% as expected.

Ik heb een mooi vloerkleed van 280x200 voor 700 euro. Mag je wel kwaliteit verwachten Binnen 1 week krijg ik in het midden een vouw. Een monteur komen kijken, die zegt komt omdat het zo groot is en de stoelen steeds aanschuiven. Sorry hoor maar ik heb hem gekocht voor onder de eetkamertafel, daar zou het vloerkleed op gemaakt moeten zijn. Die vouw wordt steeds erger. Elke dag erger ik me aan het vloerkleed. Dus zeer slechte service

Een tip: op de website kan wat extra toelichting toegevoegd worden of een ondermat al dan niet noodzakelijk is en/of in welke omstandigheden die nodig is.

I’m absolutely delighted with the rug but I’d seen them In John Lewis so knew they were of a good standard. What makes this company 5* plus is the service. Great communication and unbelievably speedy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend buying direct from them.
