I’m absolutely delighted with the rug but I’d seen them In John Lewis so knew they were of a good standard. What makes this company 5* plus is the service. Great communication and unbelievably speedy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend buying direct from them.

Op de site hadden we dadelijk een goed zicht over het product en konden we eenvoudig het order afhandelen. De levering verliep ook vlot. Het product beantwoordt aan de verwachtingen.

I am delighted with the two large Antiquarian rugs I purchased. The order process was straightforward and delivery was much sooner than anticipated though the two items arrived on seperate days - no idea why. What was surprising was that when I ordered the first rug the shipping cost to the UK was £18, yet when I added the exact same rug (in another colour) on the same order, the shipping jumped up to £79. I have marked down one star because I queried the delivery charge in an email to which I got no response. I think if I ordered the items separately I would have paid £18 for each, saving £43. Make sure you check!
