Merci pour vos échanges que j'ai pu avoir avec vous avant de passer ma commande. Le seul petit bémol est que UPS m'a livré 1 jour avant la date donné sur le lien informatique. Heureusement que j'étais à mon domicile.

Een track en trace code voor ups gekregen telkens we deze ingaven verscheen er dat er zou geleverd worden tegen het einde van de dag en zo voor 3 dagen. Na het weekend terug ingegeven en dan stond er geen gegevens kom later terug. De dag nadien was er niemand thuis en dan vind men een briefje in de bus dat ze ons pakketje niet konden leveren en dat we het zelf moesten ophalen op een ups access point. Geen probleem met louis de poortere store zelf maar dit heb ik nog niet meegemaakt bij het bestellen van pakjes. Misschien overwegen om met een andere firma dan ups samen te werken.

I am so impressed with this company in every respect. Firstly their rugs look beautiful and well made, but this did not prepare me for just how stunning they looked when they arrived and their amazing quality, each rug is a work of art. I also need to mention how friendly and professional they are to deal with, their communication is second to none. I was a little worried about the logistics of buying something from another country in this current climate, but I needn't have worried, to my amazement the rugs were with me in just a few days, they arrived in perfect condition and I was kept informed of their progress all the way. It is rare to find companies like Louis De Pootere these days, who are passionate about the quality items they produce and care as much about their customers as they do their products.
