I like the modern touch of the shiny design and the quality (vegan/no wool) just as shown. Excellent fast delicery service. Fits well into a classic modern Interieur. I will definitly order another carpet. Thank you.

Compared to the pictures on the website the rug we received appears to have less details due to less contrast. The quality is fine. In future I would choose the carpet directly in a shop and not on the internet...

Alles is duidelijk omschreven, snelle levering en goede communicatie. Tapijt zelf is uiteraard van uitstekende kwaliteit en lekker zacht. Voor herhaling vatbaar :)

Ik heb precies het tapijt gekregen wat ik wilde mooie motieven en precies de goede kleur stelling.

Op korte tijd 2 tapijten gekocht - binnen enkele dagen geleverd zoals beloofd. Beide tapijten klopten met het beeld dat ik me via de foto’s gevormd had, maar het retourbeleid zorgde er ook voor dat ik het gevoel had in alle veiligheid te kunnen bestellen. Gelukkig niet nodig gehad!

Hésitante car j'ai acheté un tapis sur un autre site connu...on m'envoie un petit tapis de piètre qualité au lieu de celui que j'avais commandé..jaune petit au lieu de grand et vert...5 mails pour réussir mon retour....Chez vous je me lance et je ne manquerais pas de recommander votre site .. très satisfaite de votre et du produit et de l'envoie où je n'ai rencontrer aucun problème...Je vous remercie infiniment pour votre sérieux..

Restant afgeprijsde loper zeer voordelig gekocht . Na betaling kreeg ik bericht,dat het geld ontvangen was. Enkele dagen later werd het zeer goed verpakt en zonder trans- portschade bij mij afgeleverd. Bedankt !

I purchased one of these rugs for our bedroom a couple of weeks ago. Lovely quality and fast delivery service from Belgium to UK. I liked it so much I purchased a second one. Again arrived quickly. Both look great in our home. I've also purchased a different style for our lounge directly from John Lewis, Trafford Centre, UK (Blue Abyss). Has been noticed and received some nice compliments.

De bestelde tapijten zijn zoals verwacht qua kleurstelling. De kwaliteit is prima. De tapijten werden snel geleverd en waren keurig verpakt. We zijn heel tevreden.

After struggling to find a rug the style and size we wanted we found Louis De Poortere online. They not only had the perfect rug the quality is fabulous and the customer service excellent, it was delivered in a few days as promised and I am thrilled and would definitely recommend buying from them.

Loper besteld en volgende dag geleverd. Mooi ingepakt. Klein minpuntje: op leveradres was foutief huisnummer vermeld. Bezorger was daar niet zo blij mee.

Enkele kleden besteld met korting. Eentje was niet leverbaar. Als service een kleed mogen kiezen uit de gehele collectie. Perfect.

This was the third time when I purchased rugs from Louis De Poortere store. This time I bought four rugs from Out Let and they were disappointments. The anti-slip backing had gone hard and stiff and it didn’t work any longer as it should have done. Instead it made rug wrinkled and wavy. The colors are beautiful but since the rug doesn’t stay flat it seems dangerous and feels rather disturbing. Earlier when I bought the rugs from ordinary sale the anti-slip backing was sticky and flexible. The rug sticked onto floor and stayed flat as it should. But now I realised that this anti-stick material grows old and later on I will probably have problems with these other two rugs as well.
