My rug is very nice but it came with a thin cover which was broken when it arrived (I was lucky the rug was ok). I was not happy with the answer provided when I asked how I had to clean it in case of stain. The customer service did not provide a helpful answer, they just gave me the web of a cleaner service (I was not asking for that)

Nadat het bestelde betaald was, vele malen moeten bellen en E-mailen of het geld nu eindelijk binnen was. Na 10 dagen kreeg ik een bericht dat het geld gestort was, het bestelde was toen in 3 dagen geleverd. Zeer slecht contact kunnen krijgen, oorzaak men is slechts 3 dagen bereikbaar in de week. dit had men ook van te voren kunnen aangeven.

Het tapijt dat we online kozen werd tijdig en correct geleverd! Realistische foto’s op de website!
