Old looking rug with a modern twist……perfect for my house. Best deal on the web by more than 50%. Love a bargain although I would have bought this rug anyway.

I purchased 2 rugs in July and received a note saying due to holidays rugs wouldn’t be despatched until mid August. It’s now mid Oct and after repeatedly trying to contact the company I still haven’t received the rugs, refund nor an explanation. I can only assume the company is in dire financial difficulty and should be avoided .

Everything about the ordering process was smooth, starting from ordering to receiving the product. The rug itself is beautiful.

In earlier times I had bought a carpet from De Poortere Store and I can say fine quality and a beautiful design , that my guests admire it and asked where to buy. I like the mixture of antik Design and modern style, with very beautiful colors.

Rug order placed, charges including export were clear and communication about delivery progress was regular.

The rug that I orginally ordered was sold out, but you manage to handle it very smoothly.

From order to delivery to Finland, everything went smoothly and fast. Product it self is good quality and looks better than in pictures.

We bought 2 rugs online, shipped from Belgium to the UK. It could not have been easier. We chose Louis De Poortere as the rugs are made of natural materials, vintage design and ok to place on top of underfloor heating. We purchased both rugs in the sale which offset the cost of import / shipping to the UK. We also purchased the non-slip underlay. We were nervous about the import fees but they were OK. The rugs are sent by UPS who were also excellent. Really really pleased with them.

Er was blijkbaar een probleem met de online betaling opgetreden bij de bestelling (wate niet werd gemeld) Als ik na een paar weken niet zelf pols nr de status van mijn bestelling, was ik dat nooit te weten geweten gekomen. De collega die het mee hielp uitklaren, was erg behulpzaam. Ik kreeg dan een sms over datum en tijdstip van de levering, maar die info klopte niet. Uiteindelijk werd er pas een dag later geleverd. Gelukkig was er iemand thuis

Die Lieferung ging schnell und problemlos. Der Teppich war genau wie beschrieben. Freut mich über meinen neuen Teppich.

Ordering online was easy and delivery prompt. The carpet was exactly as I expected on the basis of the description.

As mentioned all was excellent; the only issue was the correct and precise information about shipment as well as when exactly the goods would be delivered.

De bestelling gebeurde snel en daarover zijn we heel tevreden. Alleen werd er geen rekening gehouden met een mijn later toegestuurd mailtje om die bestelling naar een ander adres af te geven. Maar gelukkig waren we thuis toen het pakket afgeleverd werd.
