The merchandise was not worth the money spent.

The materials of the bird cage were inferior and the cage needed lots of carpentry before it was suitable for our budgies to live in. Some of the wooden framing was broken to start with and the webbing was made of the cheapest possible mesh you can find. Furthermore, there were no proper positions prepared where one could fix a drinking container or food containers which is usually a routine matter within other brands. We did not wish to start returning the product since we thought it would cause even more trouble and unnecessary money spending. Another thing is that your company's net system does not make it easy to contact you or give critique first hand. I suppose this is done on purpose.

Decent quality but poor instructions

We bought a cupboard from VidaXL. Delivery was fast and the product decent quality, but the lack of proper instructions was real. We were able to assamble it only because my husband is an engineer... Took us all day to finish the job. Still, the cupboard looks nice now that it's done :)

Good service, happy with the product

The delivery time was a bit long but within the estimated (7 days out of the estimate of 4-7 days), but the product was delivered to the doorstep. Happy with the product itself (a wooden rabbit hutch loft). It was quality work, all parts included, easy enough to assemble. The only minuses: 1) the product information at ordering was quite scarce. I thought the rabbit cage would have a flooring (from the product image) but there was none. 2) the product smelled strongly when removed from the packaging (of some wood treatment chemical, perhaps. Hopefully non-toxic!), but the smell disappeared in a few days.

Positive surprise

I was a little hesitant about ordering as online reviews are mostly negative, and after I placed my order I was very worried as the confirmation email, tracking IDs and links didn´t seem legitimate. However, I received my order quickly and in good conditions, so now I can say that I am happy with the purchase. Prices are very competitive.

I have never ever got so bad customer service. I have tried to return package now almost 1,5 month. Customer service phone number should be arranged. It is really disturbing that custoner won't get any answers.

My order was very late from the original delivery day and when it finally arrived, I got wrong products and the packages were suffered a lot. I tried contact their service many times but they don't answer to my emails and their website doesn't work so I could send messages from there. Very bad service and I wouldn't recommend anyone to order from them if they want to get their order in time and get the right product. Still trying to return the wrong products..

Tilasin tällaisen Maakairan. vidaXL Maakaira oranssi kymmenen reiän jälkeen valutti öljyt akselia pitkin ulos. Asiakaspalvelu ei vastaa viesteihin siitä miten toimitaantämän asian suhteen. Toimitus myös kesti pitkään. Eikö tällaisen kairan pitäisi kestää vähän pidempään, kun on siihen työhön tarkoitettu.

I'm sorry to say it, but I can't recommend this site for ordering products, since they haven't been contacting me regarding the matter, even though I have contacted them. It's nice with free delivery and return, but if you don't get the right product and if they don't answer your messages, there's no point.

lmoitin, että haluan palauttaa tilaamani tuotteen. Olen lähettänyt ilmoituksen jo noin 10 kertaa, mutta näihin ei vastata. Olen odottanut jo kolmatta päivää ilman vastausta . Puhelinta, johon voisin soittaa, ei myöskään ole. En tiedä mitä tehdä. Näyttää huijakselta, kun palautuspyyntöön ei reagoida.
