I don't like it

Your page for order is bad, it took me some time, I almost gave up. When I wanted to order the price of sink went up! The delivery was late. That product isn't worth that money.

Not good, not perfect

We ordered 2 items from VidaXL - one glass serving platter (3851097154) and one cosmetics table (3851097569). Both deliveries were on time. Platter is fine - functional, looks ok. But the cosmetics table is another story. It is damaged on some places (I can not add photos here - it would help, if you even read the reviews). There are also holes on drawers where they should not be - completely wrong orientation, on top of the drawer side instead of inside of the side. Fortunately the handle is made in such a way that we could cover the mismatched holes by mounting them correctly. The whole table looks like a child has made it in a hurry - very, very bad craftmanship. For the price we paid - it should be (almost) flawless. Also fortunately we were managed to "rescue" the table and I simply do not want the hastle of returning it and getting a refund at this point in time. But I definitely will think twice and once more before ordering from you.

Nikada više.

Kupili smo bor koji je stigao kroz par dana, hjeli smo ga složiti cca 2 tjedna nakon što je stigao, ali nažalost dobili smo ga bez vijaka za zatezanje postolja, kao i krivi gornji dio bora, odnosno 2 ne kompatibilna dijela. Mail o našem problemu je poslan prije tjedan dana, međutim bez odgovora ili bilo kakve pomoći. U međuvremenu smo poslali još jedan mail, ali ništa. Sve u svemu, kada se prodaje, odgovor je skoro instantan, a kada treba riješiti problem, nigdje nikoga.

Koliko dobrog, toliko lošeg

Cijeli dan pokušavam izvršiti narudžbu i ne uspijevam, uvijek me kod plaćanja vodi korak u nazad, zovem korisničku podršku, kažu da pokušam preko laptopa, isto ne uspijeva, opet zovem korisničku podršku i nikako ih ne mogu dobiti i toliko sam razočarana što toliko živaca moram izgubiti da bi nešto naručila. Što se tiče proizvoda super su, cijene su prihvatljive, ali ostalo, katastrofa

Brzina odlicna, proizvod odstuoa od slike

Brzina dostave odlicna, no proizvod ipak odstupa od onog prikazanog na slici, posebice u boji, oglasena je senf zuta, a stiglo je maslinasto, no lijepo je pa sam ga zadrzala, ipak nije identicno. Lp
