I placed my order online on a Monday night as I was need it for the Wednesday and payed carrage so that it would be with me for the Wednesday. Having not had a confirmation email by the Wednesday I decided to phone to check. My order had been missed and should be with me on the Friday. I had to on the road to England on the Friday by 3.30 max, my order luckily arrived just before I had to leave.

Please have a system in place so that orders can't be missed.
