Easy to access and pay

Ordered a microsoft product considerably cheaper than elsewhere for the exact same product. Came with instruction as to how to install it and was clear and precise. All done in less than 5 minutes. As a business it was also great to receive a full vat invoice for the books. Will use again.

Really easy to do business with

I've been renewing my Microsoft Home office packages for several years now. Reminder of subscription expiry are given in plenty of time, prices are competitive, installation step by step guide is simple and delivery is immediate.

Purchased Office 365 Family and saved about £30 compared to Microsoft renewal.

I was initially somewhat sceptical and very nervous about purchasing from a company of which I had never heard, offering Office at a very competitive price. However, I took the plunge last year and was very relieved when everything went very smoothly. I had no hesitation renewing through them this year and, once again, the purchase was very easy, extremely quick and efficient. Renewing using the new key was also well explained and, again, ran smoothly. The only minor problem was, although Microsoft accepted the new key and updated my subscription my individual account for Word etc. showed a banner saying it could not be verified. I thought this maybe due to the fact that I had renewed before due date. I updated Office etc. and, after a few days, the banner cleared.

I purchased the Microsoft 365 Family package at an excellent price so would definitely recommend. Gave 4.5 stars simply because as others have said, I had to contact Customer Service for advice as the code wasn't recognised by Microsoft. It was a quick fix - see below but if that information was included on the point of sale email it would solve that sharp intake of breath moment and Customer Service hassle. This error may show when 1. You use a VPN -> Check your antivirus software if you are using a VPN without knowing it -> Please disable the VPN and try again 2. You are outside of Europe 3. You have had a previous license from outside of Europe 4. You Microsoft account is set to a different region than Europe 5. There’s a cookie problem on Microsoft’s website. -> Clear all cookies and try again (see https://its.uiowa.edu/support/article/719) or -> Try to activate the code on a different device on a different network. If you for example tried the first time on your laptop via wifi, please try again on your phone via the mobile network.

Have bought my Microsoft Office subscription from here for the last few years now. Cheapest on the market that I have found.
