Dear Tim, We just checked it and the license was sent immediately after your purchase, so the order was handled correctly. Maybe it has ended up in your spam/junk inbox? I see you've placed an order in the middle of the night, and after you contacted us we sent the license again early in the morning. So hopefully you were still able to use the software after this. My Microsoft account would not let me renew office365 possibly because trial had lapsed. Kept trying but in the end had to set it up on my husband's account. Think this is a Microsoft issue but if anyone else has this problem then try setting up a new account.

Had verbal and website confirmation that MS PUBLISHER was included in this software but on downloading found MS POWERPOINT had been substituted for PUBLISHER. Is PUBLISHER still available as an App from Microsoft or not?

Dear Don, Yes, Publisher is still available. When you have installed Office on your Windows computer you can search for Publisher and find it already installed. Publisher is a software program for Windows computers only. There is no Publisher for Mac or tablet. Best, Peter
