Very good product description. One recommendation I have is to make it clear in the instructions of moving from a Microsoft to a bluenandu licence that it is not necessary to have previously downloaded cloud data to save a copy.

I was ordering Microsoft Office and because I hadn't renewed before my previous subscription expired, my OneDrive storage use went over the free account limit and Microsoft froze my outlook and hotmail accounts so I couldn't send or receive emails. As a result I didn't receive the email from Blue Nandu with the new product key. Once I realised why, I contacted them asking them to re-send the product key to a different email account. They responded very promptly - thank goodness! - and I was able to start the new Microsoft Office subscription and get access back to my Outlook and Hotmail accounts. Since any emails received while the accounts are frozen get bounced back to the sender and you don't see them even when the accounts are up and running again, a speedy response was critical. I was relieved and delighted that Blue Nandu delivered - thanks Hans-Peter for the great service, it was much appreciated.

Excellent product and quick supply of code. Can be used for new customers and renewals. So much cheaper than Microsoft and just as easy to use/add. This is my second year and I got an additional small discount for my renewal. I have already recommended this to friends and work colleagues.

I'm a returning customer having previously purchased a subscription to Bitedefender. It was time to renew my Office 365. Pick, purchase and email received with new licence number to simply enter into my Office account. Couldn't be easier whilst getting a great deal (compared to other large online retailers).

Renewed my MS 365 personal with Blue Nandu who had by far the best price and reviews. After paying for the years software I had to wait about 30 seconds for the key to be emailed. Went to my MS account and clicked on enter a renewal code and bingo all set for another 12 months! MS is the worst part of the renewal because it wants to set up automatic renewal and I am always concerned I have paid again to MS for another year but I suppose you can't blame them for trying. Obviously I will check Blue Nando again next year to see if they are still offering best prices?

I've used Blue Nandu for the past three years. I've always had great service from them. The products they sell work and are much cheaper than elsewhere. I only regret not finding then sooner.
