No problems just a straight forward update to licence.

I wanted to renew my Office 365 Family software for a further year and had a query as to whether the early renewal would still give me a full 12 months extra usage. The email was answered promptly and the advice was accurate as I found when I renewed. The price for renewal was also much better than direct with Microsoft.

Good experience although taking payment three moths early is harsh. I imagine you do it to ensure you beat Microsoft.
