The preamble needs to explain everything needed to complete the process before it starts. Particularly a Microsoft account is needed and if you don't have one the process stops. Other than that it was reasonably straightforward but is not entirely intuitive.

The price for the Microsoft package was very competitive, the website was easy to use and the process worked well to order the software. Unfortunately, after ordering, the activation email did not arrive and it wasn't in my junk/spam folder either. Therefore, I telephoned the customer service number and the call was was answered immediately. The person who answered, after a couple of questions, re-sent the activation email which arrived immediately. That worked without any further issues.

This was a very easy purchase with no complications. Once purchased they sent an email with the program code which when entered worked straight away. Always check your spam folder in your emails for arrival as this is where mine went.

I ordered the Microsoft 365 Family - 1 year subscription and the processing time took less than five minutes before I received confirmation.

Was dubious about purchasing from them because I’d never heard of the company and the price was by far the cheapest I could find. However the transaction completed with no issues and I’m using the software subscription with no problems to report. Happy days.
