There has been something of a price hike this year, but still marginally cheaper than updating the subscription through Microsoft. I shall be watching the price closely at my next renewal.

Hi Alan, Prices have risen. Since the introduction of the new Office in October there were no special deals any more. We're doing our best, and we're still (one of) the cheapest, because it's the same for everyone. Best, Blue Nandu

First class service. Honored a previous year's discount voucher in 2018 that I had overlooked when I renewed in 2017. I have purchased my Office 365 subscription from Blue Nandu for 3, maybe 4 years. The licence key is sent by return and works!

No improvements necessary to Blue Nandu's service - unless they can tell me how to remove ProPlus as my 365 Personal license is attached to that instead of my new product so I have to keep signing in every time I open an Office document despite deleting and reinstalling!

Hi Sam, The licenses were out of stock. Therefore we adjusted the delivery time on our website, it now says “2-4 business days”, instead of the usual “1 minute” (which is actually 1 second). I see we've sent you your license last Thursday, have you received it in good order? I think we kept our promise last Tuesday when we said we would send it in a few days

Brilliant service. Ordered a product from here, and there was a delay - however this was an oversight of my own as I did not read the delivery timescales. Customer service responded very quickly and were very professional. Happy with my purchase and would definetly recommend to others.
