quick, easy, no problems downloading product, compeditively priced. Had an email to apologise when I was sent product in Dutch, I had no problem I just googled, google translate.

Suggestions

When on English website soemtimes the information is in English and Dutch, I don't have a problem with this I work it out what the wording means.

Dear Mr J. K. Anthony, I see you've purchased a license for Office 365 Personal. Normally the renewal procedure is not much more than to copy/paste a license code and a few clicks. Can you please indicate if you had issues with renewing? I can't find any correspondence about any issues.

Suggestions

Received the Microsoft Office 365 personal licence key within minutes of paying. However, it does not work when I try to use it the next day! Microsoft office website stated 'the token code is not recognised'. I triple checked the code to make sure they are entered correctly to no avail. Have opened a PayPal dispute. Complete waste of time.

Instructions not very clear eg no overview of the process to be followed; no distinction between Blue Nandu process to be followed and handover to MS processes. I couldn't remember what I did last year!!! I only knew my renewal was successful a few days later when Outlook didn't stop working. Also I seem to have lost a few days subscription...
