Our team constantly thrives to offer the best possible service and we valuate the scores given here at our review page.
Unfortunatly this situation is not something we cannot control as for shipments to the UK there is a need of specific customs documents and our transport partner DPD does not cover shipments for this location.
As our website does not mention any details about possible shipments to the UK and the option to select home or parcelshop delivery is not activated when placing an order for delivery to a UK address, we assume that we have not offered any misleading information.
When noticing your pickup order, we contacted you proactively to inform you that deliveries to the UK are not possible and immediately cancelled and refunded your pick-up order.
We hope that we have done the necessary to remedy a unfortunate situation and regret receiving a rating of 1 for this.
