disappointing

Dear customerservice, The delivery was expensive comparing other webshops...but OK, if the product would be satisfying... The scratch remover E8 was ****!!!! My expenses were wasted!!! At first the scratches were seemly removed, the day after they were back in the original noun...The scratches were not deep and the lack was matte. Normally a good polish can take care of these problems. I don't understand why you are bringing such products on the market???? Is it too much asked to deliver quality? The price was OK pro unit, but why sell it when you only get dissatisfied customers??? This is an honest review. I would be funny to send in pictures before and after...but in fact it is not funny and you can try it out as well. If you have a better product perhaps you can deliver it for free to regain the trust or with a serious discount and free from transportcosts. It's in fact a discrace. Best regards, Eric

Good price, packaging was good, delivery time had some Corona crisis influence but I expected this. I had no rush. I needed motor oil and here I found it with the exact constructor specification required for my car meaning product description was excellent. Thanks!

niks op aan te merken.

de bestelling is verlopen zoals het hoort. het enige wat ik vreemd vind is, dat de datum's nogal verschillen tussen de 2 5 liter flessen olie die ik heb gekregen. het lijkt wel of 1 fles er al lange tijd heeft gestaan, en de andere nog besteld moest worden. dan nog 1 ding: bijdrage paypal-kosten...dat is iets wat normaal gesproken NIET doorgerekend word aan de klant!!!!! dat is het enige belachelijke wat ik wel vind.
