The motorcycle industry is rife with bad actors. If you’ve been involved for long enough, and you care about maintaining the quality of your rides, then you’ll be painfully aware of that fact. This company is exactly what they say they want to be... the Ducati OEM parts company that they (as motorcycle enthusiasts) would want to use. I have never experienced such a beautiful synthesis of low prices, fast processing and shipping (from the Netherlands to the US), and impeccably responsive and attentive customer service. The bottom line is that there is no reason to do business anywhere else if you are looking for what Star Twin Motors has to offer. My only wish is that they had parts for all of my other brand bikes as well.

Great at communications, parts are quickly sent out and always packaged in a safe manner. Only bit that can be improved is that there is a standard shipping charge even when the items are small and light in comparison to other components.

Star Twin is an excellent source for your Ducati for parts or other things Ducati related. They have better prices on parts compared to the domestic sites I have to choose from here in the United States.
