I receive good service. It is cheaper to purchase from Star Twin Motors then from any company here in Australia. Products arrive in good condition.

Suggestions

It would be good if the delivery was quicker and for the delivery cost to be kept as low as possible. I have an idea of how to get Star Twin Motors many more sales, by advertising there products here in Australia and I could do the organizing between the purchaser and Star Twin motors. I purchased a product from China once and the item arrived very quickly. We would get many sales because of the cheaper price, but if the delivery was much quicker then the sales would go up dramatically in my opinion. I hope my thoughts are of some help.

Excellent communication, friendly customer service and fast delivery: in less than a week I got the parcel delivered all the way to New Zealand. Although I hope it won't happen often or soon, when I will need OEM parts for my Ducati I will buy them from Start Twin Motors. Honestly, I removed all bookmarks from my browser with dealers/shops I used in the past. No need now, I trust completely Star Twin Motors.
