It was great spending two days at the Fellowship trying out a great number of acoustic guitars. The service was outstanding and friendly! I am very happy with the purchase of the guitar.

I recently bought my second guitar from the Fellowship, this time a stunningly beautiful Masterbuilt Strat. This one is definitely a keeper for life. I traded in my old Strat and after some negotiation back and forth we reached a very fair deal. I am thrilled with my new axe, it is everything the staff promised, and more! The set-up is exquisite. It arrived, same as my previous purchase, safely packaged in pristine condition. A guitar I will cherish. I have great trust in these guys. They take the time to explore different options with you, sending high quality video demonstrations of various instruments. As I said in my previous review, a customer needs to trust the company, especially when you are parting with money for a high end instrument. And FOA always deliver. You buy with confidence and that means everything to me. Great follow up too; it is clear they value and respect their customers and their communication with you is top class. No doubt I will be buying here again! :)

Gitaar online gekocht, wat ik normaal nooit doe, maar de wijze waarop ik gerust werd gesteld maakte dat ik er op vertrouwde. Gitaar kwam heel goed verpakt binnen, goed afgesteld, niks op aan te merken. Sowieso een goede gitaar, goede service! Complimenten

I'd been looking for a left-hand Santa Cruz Skye 00 for some eight years after missing out on one after dithering - and here, late on a Saturday evening, was one for sale at a good price. I couldn't quite believe it. I placed the order, including professional set-up, immediately. It was shipped on the following Monday and I received it in the UK, well-packed, on the Wednesday after paying the unwelcome but expected customs charge via DHL. The guitar is everything I wanted it to be - a 2022 model in excellent condition that looks like it has hardly been played, and beautifully set up. I'm delighted with it - thank you TFOA.

I’ve bought two guitars from TFOA. The most recent (yesterday) involved a trade-in, for which I was offered a very fair price, and was a smooth process. Drove over from Germany to collect the new guitar. Well worth the visit. Tried the new guitar (and others) with a variety of amps in their lovely shop. No pressure, no rush. Staff are friendly, informed and very helpful. The guitar was ready, waiting for me, and perfectly set-up. A truly pleasurable buying experience, probably my best ever. I’ll definitely back for more. Can only highly recommend TFOA. A real guitarists shop.
