Purchased a Lowden O-20. Much communication about issues. Always receptive and responsive. Grateful for all the teams help. Only issue was UPS made a balls out of the delivery dates, that was not the TFOA’s fault.

Na een mooie deal, heb ik de Gibson J45 Standard Vintage Sunburst kunen bemachtigen! Dik 3 uur heen, en weer terug gereden "incl file" Maar was de moeite waard! Het personeel in de winkel, vakkundig, liefde voor instrumenten, en belangrijkste, de klant helemaal thuis laten voel. Gezien de afstand ken ik geen wekelijks tripje van maken, maar 100% dat ik hier terug gaat komen! Dank jullie voor het meedenken, en meewerken!

Heb een Martin OM gekocht( NIET bij TFOA) uit 2022. En dacht eenmaal thuis dat er iets van een beginnende scheur in het bovenblad zat. Mn andere en deze gitaar voor onderhoud gebracht bij TFOA en toen bleek dat deze gitaar naast een reparatie ook een neck reset nodig had, gitaar is 3 jaar oud. Ze zijn er mee aan de gang gegaan samen met Martin en is dit onder garantie gemaakt! Keurig gedaan, grote klasse!! Zowel tfoa als Martin Guitars

Ich bin seit Jahrzehnten Kunde von TFOA und habe bisher immer eine gute und entgegenkommende Beratung erhalten. Auch die Tatsache, dass dort gekaufte Instrumente wieder in Zahlung genommen wurden kam mir sehr entgegen.

Uitgebreid gitaar kunnen uitproberen en bij thuiskomst toch niet helemaal een match, zonder problemen om kunnen ruilen. Goede advisering en denken graag mee

I have litteraly nothing but positive things to say about The Fellowship Of Acoustics. I have purchased/sold/traded high-end guitars with stores around the world for more than 20 years now. And I have never found a store that has such a fantastic and broad collection of gear that is vintage, used, new, Custom Shop, Masterbuilt, artist owned, etc. The staff at TFOA is above and beyond. They are the nicest and most helpful people, I have ever been in contact with. I have been texting and calling several of their colleagues on the phone in the last few years, and it is always a pleasure! I have never had the opportunity to visit the store yet, but I definitely will some day - and I already can’t wait. Nice products for sale. Quick replies via mail or phone. Fast shipping (after slow bank payment), very thorough packaging. Guitar setup was perfectly on-point. Room for improvement: More thorough product specifications Example: Locking tuners in description, but none on photos / on manufacturer specs. Not deceptive, just an error.

Dear TFOA Staff, first time I have played a Gibson Hummingbird Standard guitar, in that case, was by person at Cherubini Music Store in Rome around 2015 (one of the most famous ones in Italy at that time). I grabbed that guitar, asking before to the employee, because I was fascinated by the orangish colour and the Colibrì pick. I started playing. All I felt, sensations and emotions, were very different from any guitar I have played since that moment. I thought "strange sounds, I think it is not a good guitar". Anyway, emplyee came to me and said "are you still playing?", me "What?", him "you are still playing for one hour and half", me "impossibile", him "yes, it is, do not worry, this is the Ferrari of the Guitars, it is normal. Buy it immediately, it is under heavy discount right now". My hands trembled and I escaped from the shop. Since that moment, I tried many others guitars, Martin, Takamine, Yamaha, Guild, Maton, Dowina, etc... but my heart still was there on the orangish top wood hugging the Colibrì. Yesterday, 4 April 2026 around 15:00, I tuned the guitar you sent to me, Gibson Hummingbird 1960 Reissue, and start playing on my Mother's home sofa. I could describe emotions and feelings, but I should only say I cried three times while playing, tears came so naturally like a warm hug. I was smiling and incredulous about what it was happening. Thanks with Heart to all TFOA Friends, for their knowledge about guitars, their offers, theirs kindness and their trusting to the client. I am very happy to have two guitars from TFOA right now and I suggest all people, like me, desire to play a loving made instrument, with soul, to entrust in TFOA Friends. I recently bought a beautiful 1992 Takamine. It's a fantastic sounding instrument with amazing set-up. It arrived within one week (to Ireland) which is truly incredible service. These guys are just superb to deal with. Always available, courteous and attentive. I had lots of questions as this was an old guitar and they gave me everything I needed which was reassuring and was essential to make an informed decision, a decision I could trust. That's all your ask for when dealing with any company. I hope to deal again with FOA in the future!
