In een monumentaal pand een walhalla, een wonderland aan muziekinstrumenten, versterkers, en ander assortiment. Het beneemt je bijna de adem: zoveel schoonheid bij elkaar. Prijsstellingen zoals ze in alle redelijkheid horen; alleszins redelijke inruildeals en personeel dat in alle rust met je meedenkt richting wat je eigenlijk vraagt en/of zou willen, wat jij specifiek nodig hebt. Heerlijk bedrijf dus !

I'd dealt with TFOA quite a few times for little bits & bobs, guitar parts etc...Then a couple of years ago I bought a guitar from TFOA for the first time, a 2014 Gibson L-00 1932 reissue & received the best service I'd ever come across. Then yesterday I received my Waterloo WL- S Deluxe which Rudi ordered for me about 9 months ago from Collings Guitars, & I must say as well as being totally in love with this guitar, I'm floored once more by the service I received. TFOA quite simply offers the best online guitar buying experience to be had anywhere, nowhere in Europe even comes close to offering the quality of service you get with TFOA. The first time I emailed Rudi with a question on something (I think it was maybe a pick guard) I was astonished to get an immediate response from Rudi himself, (not a German superstore minion) which was warm friendly & gave me all the info I needed, & this was at 10:30pm ! If Rudi is not available you'll get exactly the same service from Coen or Laura, these guys are all guitar connoisseurs, Laura can even build you one! TFOA also offer consignment rates that won't be beaten, no greed here! Rudi sold 3Gibson acoustics for me &got me exactly what they where worth at market value for a very modest commission. Overall TFOA provide the best experience your ever going to have buying a guitar online, a shop run by passionate guitar aficionados & musicians for musicians, what more could you ask for ? Hello, after buying a wonderful Martin, and trying it out for allmost 30 days, i came to the conclusion that the Martin did'nt suit me, don't get me wrong, it was a wonderful instrument, perfectly setup, good sound, good looks, and good price!,..but maybe i'm not a Martin guy, who knows. So i went to Dedemsvaart and trying a Gibson J45 standard, and the sound of that guitar was what i wanted to hear from an acoustic guitar. With no problems i could swap the Martin, for the cheaper Gibson, and the difference in price they returned to me the same day! I had a questions about a 2nd hand Gibson of mine that even my local dealer didn't bother spending 10 minutes on trying to answer. So I contacted TFOA. They answered me right away and far more in detail than I had hoped for. I wasn't even a paying customer! Now I took the chance and ordered a wonderfull Jonker guitar. Buying a guitar from an unknown luthier over the internet at an unknown shop. Many would consider that a recipe for desaster. Best service I ever had though! + The guitar is as great as on the video they used to present it. Thanks again.

Absolutely brilliant service. A simple inquiry led the the best customer service I have withnessed in a while. Not only did they help and advice me, Marc was even thoughtful enough to notice the product needed a different power supply and fixed the problem for with out me even having to ask for it. If the shipping goes well and the product is as advertised tfoa will have me as a customer for as long as I keep playing guitar!

Geweldige winkel om te komen. Ik woon in de buurt en de winkel ligt op de route vanaf mijn werk, dus kom er regelmatig. Altijd welkom, en ook wanneer je niets koopt is en blijft de koffie gewoon gratis. Deze maand voor het eerst wat gekocht. Het was een gok, omdat ik de Eastman gitaar speciaal had besteld. Zou dit normaal gesproken niet doen, maar mocht alsnog van de koop afzien. De gitaar was er helaas iets later dan verwacht, maar dat doet geen afbreuk aan de service en klantvriendelijkheid. Toch het 'geluk' gehad dat de Eastman T486b geweldig speelde, klonk en er ook nog perfect uitzag. Was boven verwachting! Daarna de gitaar nog iets bij laten stellen en de afspraak gemaakt om over 3 maanden terug te komen voor een gratis afstelbeurt. Goede service!

Kostbare klassieke gitaar, occasion, na 2 weken weer teruggebracht omdat de klik toch niet aanwezig bleek. Met koffie onthaald, zeer vriendelijk, gastvrij en begripvol. Mijn ingeruilde instrument was gelukkig nog niet verkocht en heb ik weer meegenomen. Het resterend bedrag stond 2 dagen later op mijn rekening. Geen gezeur of gedoe, men doet wat men beloofd! Echt fantastisch!

Last year I went looking for a Lowden guitar. I had been researching many high end American brands of guitar, but the Lowden brand just called me back again and again. I happened upon the website for The Fellowship of Acoustics and carried on a brief email exchange with Rudi Bults and one of his sons who works in the business. I have completed many overseas purchases in the past, both in person and online and have, I think, learned how to spot the good merchants to deal with. I noticed right away that Rudi and his family were very responsive to my questions and concerns. So, the order was placed. When my new Lowden F35 arrived, all seemed just fine. However, a small problem arose months later with a portion of the finish. Lowden guitars are, in my opinion, a work of art and the finish is very important. Rudi had suggested I send the guitar back for examination and remediation. As I did not want to do that George Lowden, Rudi and I agreed upon a local luthier here in the states. The problem is now being resolved. Although, initial impressions are important, it is how a merchant, particularly a long distance merchant, handles any problems that may arise. After some back and forth confusion due to distance and time constraints of all concerned my problem has reached a satisfactory conclusion. My Lowden now is a real keeper as they say. I look forward to being a repeat client with both Lowden Guitars and The Fellowship.

Hallo Rudi, wir kennen uns jetzt seid fast 10 Jahren und ich freue mich immer, wenn ich mal wieder nach zu Dir nach Dedemsvaart (früher Bergenthijm) kommen kann. Dein neuer Laden ist großartig! Wir haben immer super Gespräche geführt, Kaffe getrunken und dabei tolle Geschäfte gemacht ( 1958 LP-Junior, Dobro, Deering Sierrra-Banjo, ES 335, Boogie-Kingsnake). I have purchased and traded several guitars here by phone with total satisfaction. I have visited the company from Ireland and someone picked me up from the train station, found me accomodation and brought me a sandwich lunch while I played guitars. They are a superb company and I would recommend them without question.
