I bought my new Martin DC-Aura GT at the TFOA (while it was still at the previous location). Very knowledgeable staff. Wide range of excellent gitaren of most of the top brands. It included a free adjustments service after I had played on the gitaar for a while (I still have to visit them again). Go and visit TFOA and you will be pleasantly surprised...!!!

Previous location was bit crowded (hopefully the new location isn't).

- It would be great if more high quality accessories would be offered, e.g. Elliott-Capos - Short sound clips of the actual instruments offered would be great (short sequence of flatpicking, fingerpicking and strumming), videos are a nice bonus but not really necessary.

Extremely good customer service, very friendly staff, and exceptionally good consultation. I already bought 3 guitars online from TFOA and I have always been very satisfied. Rudi replies very quickly to e-mails. He once consulted me when I was looking for a high end resonator guitar and his e-mails were very insightful. I ended up buying a National Resophonic Triolian which I'm very happy with, and it gets alot of compliments from other players. Coen once picked a J-45 for me among 5 other Gibsons when I was looking to expand my collection with a Gibson and couldn't come to the shop. There is only one shop here in Austria which sells Gibsons and unfortunately very poor quality Gibsons. I was extremely satisfied with the guitar Coen picked for me. It was the best J-45 I played to this date. Laura is very nice and very helpful. She attached a personal note to the Guild guitar I bought online for my girlfriend as a christmas present. Again Coen picked one for me. Absolutely fabolous guitar. I don't think there is a better place in europe for buying high end guitars online. I love the website and the videos. Keep it up.

A huge and great collection of accoustic guitars new and vintage all of great quality. The know-how and wisdom of models and history is on a very high level which can be seen in the description of every guitar. They also make quality videos of every guitar, so you get a very good impression, which makes it possible to make an investment without having the guitar in your hand. The people there are very helpfuld and quickly answers to your mails. Must be the biggest collection of quality accoustic guitars in Europe. There are no ****ty guitars as they say; life is too short :-)
