Knowledgeable, friendly, fair, honest with a real attention to detail... The list really could go on. I have had a number of guitars now and have never been disappointed with the service. I wouldn't buy a guitar from anywhere else.

Best guitarshop around. Great selection of beautiful guitars, fantastic and super friendly service. Family owned.

Only complaint: Too many beautiful guitars resulting in bad GAS ;-) Minor suggestions: Maybe more jazzy-style videos for the Jazz guitars...Sometimes the descriptions could be more personal and not so much from the official sites (descriptions vary a bit in quality)...
