Faire fachkundige Beratung. Als Kunde kann man ungestört Instrumente probieren.

Im den neuen Räumen, die Mitte diesen Jahres bezogen wurden war ich noch nicht. In den alten Räumen war es manchmal etwas unübersichtlich. Ist wahrscheinlich jetzt viel besser.

To begin with, Rudi and the gals and guys at the Fellowship of Acoustics are nice, knowledgable and friendly people. Plus, they are musicians at heart which really makes such a differnece in dealing and communicating with them. I purchased a couple of instruments from this great Dutch company, none of which ever disappointed me. They make it their rule to only sell fine and dependable instruments which all come well packaged in a very short span of time between ordering and receiving. Everytime I visit their shop (so far only online, but visiting life must be the "real deal") , I'm looking in the eye of temptation: Such a fantastic supply of beautiful instruments, a lot of them vintage and in great condition. I can only praise the FoA!

I ordered a pick up for my guitar. The pick up was not in store at that moment, altohough it said so on the website. It was a long wait, but I got emails and updates all along. I felt really valued as a customer, and the service is one of the best I have recieved in all of my life. When I finally got the pick up in the mail, the box also contained serveral items for free, as a thank you and sorry for the wait. Tremendous.

Fantastic shop with a lot of very fine instruments for reasonable prices. Nice and professional staff. Good location and a very nice old building. Sufficient parking places. Easy to find. Great and fine little theater for live music. Lovely Café in the premises.

I bought 2005 '51 Fender Nocaster guitar. Great player and setup. Frets were almost gone but owners apologized and gave me discount for refret job plus set of new vintage frets. I really love that Nocaster and 7,25" vintage radius. It was hard to get that kind of guitar here in Europe. I appreciate the great packing, fast shipping and communication. Guitar was awesome piece and player as well (I bought it online believing it's all good). I would definitely buy without trust issues again. Thank you!
