Bestelling is snel geleverd. Netjes verpakt en ik ben goed op de hoogte gehouden wanneer de gitaar geleverd zou worden. Kortom, hele goede service. Ik zou het iedereen aanraden.

Zeer leuk ontvangen met koffie om 2 gitaren te brengen voor een grote beurt en een defect. Ook de zaak en enorme brede en goede collectie bekeken en hier en daar wat geprobeerd. Na 2 weken ze weer opgehaald. Helaas bleek bij thuiskomst het electronisch defect nog steeds of weer op te treden. Toen nig een afspraak gemaakt en is het defect verholpen onder garantie terwijl ik weer een tijdje likkebaardend in de winkel vertoefde. Dus een 8 omdat ik nu 3x heen en weer moest, anders was de score hoger geweest.

of je een professioneel musicus bent of, net als ik, een hobbyist, of je komt voor een gitaar van € 5.000,— of van € 500,—; men neemt je serieus. Ik heb mijn Cordoba gitaar gekocht begin 2019, als ik, vanuit Frankrijk, contact opneem voor welke vraag dan ook krijg ik snel antwoord. Een afspraak, om snaren te wisselen + een gitaarbeurt, wordt altijd correct in gepland. Bovendien is het er gezellig vertoeven; vriendelijk mensen die prima koffie/thee, broodje serveren en op je gemak kijken naar alle mooie gitaren die er op voorraad hangen zonder een opdringerige verkoper achter je aan. Als je een medewerker/verkoper nodig hebt wordt die voor je gezocht en neemt alle tijd voor je.

Mijn Martin OM28 voor een eerste onderhoudsbeurt gebracht. Klinkt weer fantastisch! Uitstekende service, zoals altijd!

As a producer I buy instruments all over the world and come into contact with international private individuals and dealers. But lately this has been decreasing due to this place. @ Fellowship, the whole package is unbeatable. You'll find dedicated and talented professionals who take care for the instruments; old and new instruments are tastefully blended and displayed on the walls. The range of instruments is enormous and stands up to any international comparison. A quiet spot all by yourself with the instrument of your choice? Throughout the building, you'll find many differently designed spaces where you can retreat and develop a connection with the instrument, from time to time, someone comes by to check on things, offering advice and suggestions. For me, that's exactly what I need. The entire team is very knowledgeable; even younger members of the team have practically all the relevant knowledge. Their guitar makers work with love and perfection. Unfortunately, I often experience something different with the big players in LA or Miami. At TFOA, people are very self-confident; they know exactly what they're selling, and the quality of the instruments doesn't require any sales pitches. And another important point: the coffee is excellent.

Ich bin schon viele Jahre in geschäftlicher Verbindung mit TFOA. Meine Erfahrungen sind nur positiv. Was mir besonders gefallen hat, ist die Tatsache, dass jede Gitarre von TFOA - die dort gekauft wurde - auch wieder in Zahlung genommen wurde.

Ik was op zoek naar een linkshandige Gibson J-45. Als linkshandige gitarist is het aanbod beperkt. The Fellowship had (naast andere waanzinnige elektrische en akoestische gitaren) exact wat ik wilde. Langsgaan was mijn voorkeur, maar vanwege planning kon dat niet op korte termijn. Ik wilde de gitaar zo snel mogelijk in huis hebben. Daarom heb ik besloten om online te bestellen. De gitaar werd snel en zorgvuldig geleverd en voldeed volledig aan mijn verwachtingen. Het is prettig om te ervaren dat een aankoop waar je lang naar hebt uitgekeken, ook daadwerkelijk zo goed uitpakt. The Fellowship had precies het model dat ik zocht, en tegen de scherpste prijs. Kortom: ruim assortiment, goede service, duidelijke communicatie en betrouwbare levering. Ik koop hier in de toekomst zeker weer.

Kwamen van België (300km) met de auto, fietsen erop en 2 Martin gitaren erin Om volledig na te kijken. Dit hebben ze direct gedaan bij aankomst . daar ze nochtans voor 3 weken werk hadden, maar niks super dringend. Mijn DCPA1plus en D28 waren na goeie 5 uur klaar en perfect in orde gezet. Nieuwe frets hier en daar waar nodig, Nek adjust, etc,,,allé een grote beurt gehad. Hartelijk bedankt Don en Coen voor de excellente service. Het is ver , maar we komen zeker nog eens terug !!! Doei

Door een probleem bij de koerier ging het even mis maar door een belletje van de Fellowship kwam het goed.

I called the store to sort out a minor techincal issue with an order. The vibe was super friendly and solutions oriented. No weird definsive language as you can sometimes get in these situations. I really appreciate that. (The store itself is obviously amazing. I speaks for itself)

Als luthier ben ik zeer enthousiast over deze gitaarwinkel. Je kan er op het gemak alle merken, soorten, akoestische en electrische gitaren testen en krijgt er proffesionele begeleiding bij een aankoop. Vintage en nieuwe gitaren van de grote merken zijn allemaal aanwezig. Ik kom graag nog eens terug.
