Ich habe bisher nur gute Erfahrungen mit TFOA gemacht. Bin seit über 20 Jahren Kunde und wurde immer korrekt und zuverlässig bedient. Sonderwünsche meinerseits wurden - wann immer es ging - unkompliziert erfüllt.

Zowel bestelling als levering verliepen erg vlot. Ik had absoluut geen problemen om de bestelling on-line te plaatsen, en ik werd erg goed op de hoogte gehouden van de verwerking ervan. Erg goede ervaring!!!

Danke für Eure Hilfe in allem. Ihr habt schnell geantwortet. Die Instrumente sind professionell und die Beschreibung stimmt. Und wenn das Instrument wirklich nicht passt, gibt es Rat und Verständnis. Tolles Team!!!!

Nichts geht über einen Besuch in Dedemsvaart, aber notfalls geht es auch problemlos online. Abwicklung, Kontakt und Versand waren super einfach und haben perfekt geklappt. Immer wieder gerne.

The guitar was perfectly set up,plek is fantastic,the shipping was very fast,your guys are very nice and they are all experts for guitars. That’s the mist important thing so I give you 5 stars. The only complain is that we spend two days to write the shipping adress which at the end was not correct and it cost me a bottle of single malt to recieve the guitar.

Ik had 5 sterren gegeven als er wat eerder was gehandeld op mijn verzoek om mijn tuner op te sturen die nog aan mijn ‘oude’ gitaar zat.

Een dagje in Dedemsvaart is een dag uit! Je mag niet alleen met het mooiste speelgoed van de wereld spelen, je wordt ook uiterst net en kundig geholpen.

I did a lot of online and YT research to be prepared to buy my new acoustic guitar. When I showed up at TFOA I was impressed by the looks of the old major's Villa. Inside we were nicely welcomed by a young man who explained the house in a little guide cross the rooms. I was prepared. That's what I thought..... But I had to find out there's nothing like just testing all these nice guitars to find out what you finally need. This place is so chill. You can test all guitars and everybody is very nice, including the Boss, Kurt, who again gave us a lead through the house. When you come to the finals of your decision, go back to the nice cafe and overthink. Finally, after several hours of testing, I bought a fine D-18. It's not just the guitars... This place and it's nice people make you feel like home.... Maybe even better: Like you're in paradise!

Deering Goodtime Two seems like a perfect beginner banjo to start learning to play. As for the seller, the customer service is a top-notch, but I had some issues with the shipping: They originally sent me the wrong banjo. The packaging was correct but the banjo itself was the wrong one. This was quickly solved by sending the correct banjo via express delivery. (However, UPS is not very 'express' when it arrives to Finland, but can't blame the seller for this). Thanks for some extra accessories as a compliment! I'm a little sad that immediately I received the Banjo, there's almost a 150€ discount of it so I feel I paid too much.

A lovely edifice in a beautiful location, very well organized and managed for professional guitar players and collectors. A place which makes your visit an experience that one wishes to repeat.

TFOA is the place to be. Vakkundig personeel. Prachtige gear. Maar ook echt vakmanschap. Prachtige locatie en lekkere koffie :)

De “dikke vette Guild” was toch niet zo mooi als de 50 jaar jubileum editie van de Taylor GS Mini E. Wat een waarde voor mn geld! En ook nog gelijk perfect afgesteld. Super blij met jullie.

Er was een onverklaarbare issue met de nitro lacquer op de neck van mijn Gibson J45 banner. Er werd goed meegedacht en het is naar volle tevredenheid opgelost. De garantie is helemaal waargemaakt.

Vriendelijk, eerlijk en heel veel keuze :)

Wachtend op het afstellen van mijn duesenberg mocht ik mijn ogen en oren de kost geven in deze absolute candy store. Wat een prachtige instrumenten in overvloed hier! Intussen werden mij zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk doorlopend kopjes koffie aangeboden, en na een uurtje was mijn gitaar tot in de puntjes afgesteld en geïntoneerd, frets gepolijst, gitaar gepoetst, fretboard geolied. Kortom: 10 uit 10!
